| Semi-automatic wire comb binding machine Decades of research and development have been combined with our extensive experience in wire comb binding technology to produce the RSB 360 QSA. The result is a revolutionary binding machine which features many unique technical innovations. - Small production system which is very fast to change over; designed only for book binding - Binding wires are cut to length from continuous spools which results in very high output. - No compressed air necessary - New closing bars, based on previous execution - Changeovers are done in less than 15 minutes - Mechanical speed of 2,000 cycles per hour for all book thicknesses and binding lengths - Completely equipped for binding of wire diameters ranging from 1/4" to 1" in both 3:1 and 2:1 pitch - No compressed air necessary - Binding width up to 14" - Very low sound level - all electric operation - Cam operated for highest reliability - Easy to operate control panel with piece counter - Optional step guide for books with oversize covers. For books and calendars using a single section of wire (not for skip binding or calendar with hangers) |
