Morgana AutoCreaser 33 Auto Set-Up
| Make-ready is incredibly simple and quick and you should only ever need to use one sheet for this, therefore eliminating the expensive click charges encountered when setting up other machines. The AutoCreaser 33™ can handle a sheet size up to 25.5 inches x 13 inches automatically and longer if you hand feed. The AutoCreaser 33™ uses the latest digital measuring technology to ensure a high degree of accuracy and up to 16 creases can be positioned on a sheet in one pass. Micro adjustment to 0.003" can be made and for those often repeated jobs, up to 9 pre set applications can be stored into the programme memory and retrieved at the touch of a button. The AutoCreaser 33™ uses a heavy duty creasing blade and anvil to give unmatched quality on a wide variety of material up to and often above 120 lb cover stock, particularly if the grain is running in the wrong direction or where cracking occurs on the substrate caused by the printing system.
