Morgana CardMaster Auto Set-Up

Rotary Creasing and Flying Knife Folding.

Various manufacturers of scoring devices have made claims to have overcome the problems caused by scoring using different materials, but on heavy cross grain stocks or digital material, cracking and toner breaking still occur. The Morgana CardMaster, uses a unique Rotary CREASING & RULE device to crush the fibres of the material to prevent cracking and will emboss the ink or toner into the surface of the stock, without stopping the material as it passes through to the unique folding assembly. The proven Morgana Patented “Flying Knife” system reduces the possibility of any scratching on the surface area of delicate stock.

Computer Aided Automatic Set Up & Job Retrieval.

Job changes can be achieved in less than one minute. The operator simply dials in the sheet length and the Morgana CardMaster will set the creasing and folding positions automatically. Press the feed switch and the suction feed system will start creasing and folding greetings cards at the rate of 150 cards per minute. Jobs can be stored for automatic retrieval.
